Rev. Raymond A. Hill, graduated from Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL, in 1980 with a degree in sociology and biblical studies, and immediately went to Dallas, TX, where he began studies at Dallas Theological Seminary. He completed those studies at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, MA, earning the degree of Master of Divinity in 1996.

Rev. Hill served as senior pastor in three churches over a 10-year period: Bethel AME Church in Providence, RI, Disney AME Church in Philadelphia, PA, and Emmanuel AME Church in Philadelphia, PA. He withdrew from the AME connection in 2003 and currently serves as an Associate Pastor – Education at New Mickle Baptist Church after being re-ordained by that church. He specifically supports the Sunday School both as adult SS class teacher and as a general resource, and in the Wednesday Bible study as a backup teacher. He also preaches when called upon and organizes the Good Friday service.
